There’s not many ways a cake box can be bad, but I’ve had a great experience with Studio Cakes I can’t wait to shop with them more.
I love that the boxes come in tall sizing. The size selection is so clear and easy to find on the website, and they are actually in stock!! Not to mention mine were delivered the next morning.

I'm really sad to be writing a one star review for you, because I've shopped with you before and had a positive experience, your products and range are great, but I think this is justified.

I was making my cousin's 50th birthday cake, she offered to shop for ingredients as I couldn't get there. I thoroughly researched what I needed and sent her off with a list. She unfortunately came back with fondant instead of frosting. I asked her to take it back - she obliged. Looking closer at your website I decided the Rich n Smooth Vanilla would perhaps be nicer than the frosting - same price - easy exchange, right? Apparently not.

I've worked in the service industry for 29 years (hospitality and retail)
I hate to pull this card, but I need you to know that it's coming from a place of experience, not ignorance and mallice. When I had two businesses, I would have NEVER re-charged a customer for a product when I stuffed up the order. I would have suggested they bring the incorrect food product back, binned it, because of food safety regulations and offered the replacement product free of charge. But no, she was actually charged for the replacement product! So for something that she was charged about $25 for initially, ended up costing about $50!

Not on. Very disappointed.
